In therapy, we can explore whatever your experience is and make sense of it in a gentle but meaningful way.
I’ve worked with adults managing depression, anxiety, executive functioning problems, marital discord, self-esteem issues, identity confusion, expatriate transition issues, as well as narcissistic injuries and behaviors.
With each client, I take time to consider the impact of attachment issues along with any existential struggles that are currently creating roadblocks.
I also provide counseling online.
Online counseling offers the benefit of anonymity, while you receive professional support in the comfort of your own home.
